- In the Process Viewer, select the process for which you want to view the history. To view the history of more than one process at a time, select the initial process, press and hold the Command key on a Macintosh computer, or the Ctrl key on a Windows-based computer, and select any additional processes, whose history you would like to view.
Tip: Command + A, or Ctrl + A on a Windows-based computer, selects all messages. - At the bottom of the Process Viewer, or from the View menu, select Item History.
- Alternatively, in the Process Viewer, double-click the item for which you want to view the history.
