Once you have refined input files to create PDF files, preview the pages layout and geometry on-screen using the Prinergy Virtual Proofing System (VPS) software. See the Virtual Proofing System User Guide for more information on how to preview files.
- Submit the PDF files you want to preview to a Virtual Proofing System output process template submission channel. The PDF files can be single page or imposition.
The system outputs .vps files. - Start the Prinergy Virtual Proofing System (VPS) software.
- From the folder on which you saved your Virtual Proofing System output files, open the .vps files that you want to preview in the Prinergy Virtual Proofing System (VPS) software.
- Preview the files.
