Exporting multiple process and workflow templates

Use this feature to export process and workflow templates to another Prinergy Evo system.

Exported process and workflow templates can reference color databases, templates for Preps software, and ICC profiles. To make sure that these templates properly work, ensure that any referenced data is available on a network location that can be accessed by other Prinergy Evo server computers.

1. Click the Tools tab.
2. Click Manage Templates.
3. In the dialog box, select Export process and workflow templates, and click Next.
4. In the Export Prinergy Evo Templates dialog box, click  to choose a destination for the exported templates.
5. Click Export Now.
