The Connect to a Prinergy Evo Server dialog box appears automatically when you start your Prinergy Evo Client software. Prinergy Evo Client software searches your network for available servers. If the Prinergy Evo server computer and software is not running, it does not appear in the list of available servers.
If you have several Prinergy Evo Server computers active on your network, use the left or right arrow buttons to scroll through the list until the server you want appears.
If the Prinergy Evo server computer is not connected to the same network as your client computer, you may need to specify its network address manually. See Manually connecting to a Prinergy Evo server computer.
Once you have selected the Prinergy Evo server computer to connect to, Prinergy Evo Client software searches for and connects to the selected server, enabling you to begin configuring your Prinergy Evo system and processing files.
If your Prinergy Evo Client software is not the right version for the selected server, you cannot connect. If this happens, you need to remove the old client software version and install the new client software version. See the Prinergy Evo Installation Guide for more information.
