You can specify screening angles for spot colors in the Calibration & Screening section of output process templates and in the Color database editor dialog box.
Prinergy Evo software searches for spot color screening information in the following order:
- If the process template has a screening angle for the spot color, Prinergy Evo software uses the specified angle.
- If the process template does not have a screening angle, Prinergy Evo software checks the user color database. If the color database has a screening angle for this spot color, Prinergy Evo software uses it.
- If neither the process template nor the color database has a screening angle, Prinergy Evo software checks the factory color database. If the factory color database has a screening angle for the spot color, Prinergy Evo software uses it.
- If neither the process template nor the color databases have a screening angle, Prinergy Evo software uses the default angle to screen the spot color.
