Set your storage times for item and system history and processes via the System menu, Data Retention dialog box. Adjusting these parameters enables you to:
- Decide how much data to keep in your system databases
- Affect how many processes you see in the Process Viewer
- Affect how much disk space is consumed on your server
You also set the directory location to store any files or processes you want to remake.
