  1. Stop the Prinergy Evo Server software
  2. In the Save/Restore tab, click Restore.
  3. In the Restore Prinergy Evo Configuration dialog box do one of the following:
    • In the Restore configuration from box, select the saved system configuration file that you want to restore.
    • Click the button to browse to the saved system configurations.
  4. In the Select configurations you wish to restore area, select all configurations (for example, System Configuration, User Configuration, ColorFlow, Harmony Curves, and Static Data) or select a subset of configurations to restore.
    Note: The configurations you can restore depends on what you have saved in the backup instance you chose to restore.
    Warning: Selective restoration of system properties or configurations may cause compatibility issues. Use this feature with caution.
  5. Click Restore Now to restore the saved system configurations.
    • If you encounter an alert related to the ColorFlow location, click OK.
      This is an informational dialog because the Evo install folder has changed.
    • To retain your current license key, click No in any message asking if you want to restore the license key from the saved configuration file.
      Restoring a license key for an older version may prevent your Prinergy Evo server from starting.
