Output individual signatures, surfaces of signatures, or separations of surfaces via the template palette.

Output signatures, surfaces, and separations

  1. See Outputting an imposed page-based proof, film, or plate.
  2. See Submitting files to the template palette to an output from imposition template palette.
    Important: The Prinergy Evo server computer must have read, write, and modify privileges on the folder from which you submit input files to Prinergy Evo. Kodak recommends that your input files reside on the Prinergy Evo server computer and you mount them from your Prinergy Evo client computer.
  3. In the Process Start dialog box, click the triangle to expand the imposition tree.
  4. Select the check boxes beside the file surfaces and signatures that you want to output.
  5. Clear the check boxes beside the file surfaces and signatures that you do not want to output.
  6. Set the remaining parameters as required.
  7. Click Go.

Output separations of surfaces

  1. See Outputting an imposed page-based proof, film, or plate.
  2. See Submitting files to the template palette to an output from imposition template palette.

  3. In the Process Start dialog box, click the triangle to expand the imposition tree.
  4. Select the check boxes beside the file surfaces and signatures that you want to output.
  5. Clear the check boxes beside the file surfaces and signatures that you do not want to output.
  6. Select the surface(s) for which you don't want to output a complete set of separations.
  7. Click Color.
  8. In the Color Mapping dialog box, select the separation you do not want to output.
  9. In the Action list, select Do Not Output.
  10. Repeat steps 2 to 9 for all separations you do not want to output.
