If you click Browse in a Process Template Editor dialog box and cannot find the correct volume, it may be that the volume is not mapped on the Prinergy Evo server computer.

Because the Process Template Editor software supports browsing of shared volumes mapped on the Prinergy Evo server computer, the shared volume locations must be either on the Prinergy Evo server computer or mapped on the Prinergy Evo server computer. The location does not need to be mounted on the Prinergy Evo client computer. 

To resolve this issue:

  • Check the Prinergy Evo server computer to make sure that the directory drive is mapped and connected.
  • Confirm that the drive is mapped using the user account that Prinergy Evo Network Service starts under.
    If the drive was mapped by a different user account in a different session, Prinergy Evo software will not have access to the mapped drive.
  • Confirm that the account under which Prinergy Evo software is running has administrative rights to the remote server and shared volume.
