Managing license keys

View your license keys

1. In the Prinergy Evo Administrator, click License, and then Manage Keys.
2. Review the license key in the License Keys list.

3. Follow the online prompts to retrieve the license.

2. Click Advanced.
3. View the list of licensed features.

1. In the Prinergy Evo Administrator, click License, and then Manage Keys.
2. Click Evaluate More Options.
3. Follow the online prompts.
4. On the Look up temporary licenses page, click Download
5. Save the temporary license file.
6. In the Prinergy Evo Administrator, click Load License Key File to open the temporary license file you downloaded.

Request a permanent key if you are using a temporary key

1. In the Prinergy Evo Administrator, click License, and then Manage Keys.
2. Click Get Permanent Key.

Remove a license key

1. In the Prinergy Evo Administrator, click License, and then Manage Keys.
2. In the License Keys list, select a key that you want to remove.
3. Click Remove.
4. Follow the online prompts.

Obtain a license key when there is no Internet connection. To complete this step, you need access to another computer with an Internet connection

1. On the computer that is running the Prinergy Evo Administrator without Internet access, click License, and then Manage Keys.
2. Click Get Permanent Key. Without an Internet connection, this button generates a request file, which is used by a computer with Internet access to obtain a license key.
3. Save the request file to a location that can be accessed by the computer with Internet access.
4. On the computer with Internet access, go to http://ecdev.kodak.com/productregistration/FileUpload.aspx or use e-mail to submit the request file.
5. On the Product Registration and License Activation System (PLAS) page, select the request file that you created in Prinergy Evo.
6. Click Upload file.
7. Click Retrieve existing license.
8. In the Email address box, type the customer e-mail address that is registered with Kodak, and click Continue.
9. In the Retrieve existing license page, click Download the license key.
10. Save the file so it can be accessed by the computer running the Prinergy Evo Administrator.
11. In the Prinergy Evo Administrator, click Load License Key File to open the license file.
