View your license keys | - In the Prinergy Evo Administrator, click License, and then Manage Keys.
- Review the license key in the License Keys list.

Retrieve your license keys | - In the Prinergy Evo Administrator, click License, and then Manage Keys.
- Click Load License Key File.
- Follow the online prompts to retrieve the license.

Obtain a new license key for an updated version of the software | - In the Prinergy Evo Administrator, click License, and then Manage Keys.
- Click Apply version upgrade.
- Follow the online prompts.

Review licensed options that are available with the software. | - In the Prinergy Evo Administrator, click License, and then Manage Keys.
- Click Advanced.
- View the list of licensed features.

Request a temporary license key to assess an option | - In the Prinergy Evo Administrator, click License, and then Manage Keys.
- Click Evaluate More Options.
- Follow the online prompts.
- On the Look up temporary licenses page, click Download
- Save the temporary license file.
- In the Prinergy Evo Administrator, click Load License Key File to open the temporary license file you downloaded.

Request a permanent key if you are using a temporary key | - In the Prinergy Evo Administrator, click License, and then Manage Keys.
- Click Get Permanent Key.

Remove a license key | - In the Prinergy Evo Administrator, click License, and then Manage Keys.
- In the License Keys list, select a key that you want to remove.
- Click Remove.
- Follow the online prompts.

Obtain a license key when there is no Internet connection. To complete this step, you need access to another computer with an Internet connection | - On the computer that is running the Prinergy Evo Administrator without Internet access, click License, and then Manage Keys.
- Click Get Permanent Key. Without an Internet connection, this button generates a request file, which is used by a computer with Internet access to obtain a license key.
- Save the request file to a location that can be accessed by the computer with Internet access.
- On the computer with Internet access, go to http://ecdev.kodak.com/productregistration/FileUpload.aspx or use e-mail to submit the request file.
- On the Product Registration and License Activation System (PLAS) page, select the request file that you created in Prinergy Evo.
- Click Upload file.
- Click Retrieve existing license.
- In the Email address box, type the customer e-mail address that is registered with Kodak, and click Continue.
- In the Retrieve existing license page, click Download the license key.
- Save the file so it can be accessed by the computer running the Prinergy Evo Administrator.
- In the Prinergy Evo Administrator, click Load License Key File to open the license file.
