After generating an ink-optimized file in Prinergy, you can use the Prinergy Virtual Proofing System (VPS) to determine the amount of ink that will be required for the press sheet and to compare the results with previous values.
- In Prinergy Virtual Proofing System, add the VPS separations to the Ink Coverage tool.

- To determine your ink usage savings, compare the ink coverage value of the file with the ink coverage value of the same file before the ink-optimizing DeviceLink was applied.
