To be able to gather accurate employee metrics, train your Prinergy Workshop operators to always log on with their own logon information whenever they start to work in Prinergy Workshop. If another operator is already logged on, the new user must switch identities, which ensures reporting accuracy and is faster than fully logging off and on.
Use this feature at workstations where different operators must access Prinergy Workshop over the day. If users want to load personalized user properties, such as a user toolbar, they must log on using the regular logon procedure with their own ID. For instructions, see the Prinergy Connect User Guide. Also note that the Business Link service must be active before this feature becomes available in Prinergy.
