When a job fails in the processor, the following occurs:
- The job is returned back to the Processor queue.
- A failed icon (
) displays next to the job name.
If a job fails in the processor:
- Check the Events window for messages related to the job and search the online help for relevant troubleshooting information.
- If that does not resolve the problem, contact a service representative.
