You can associate as many job templates with a customer account as you need.

Requirements: You must have a customer role that includes the Modify Customer right.

  1. On the home page, click Administration.
  2. In the Administration area, click Customers.
  3. In the Customers list, right-click a customer name, and select Edit Customer.
  4. In the Edit Customer window that appears, in the left pane, select Job Templates.
  5. In the Available jobs for list, select the customer category: 
    • To view all jobs for all customers, select All Customers
    • To view all jobs for your customer only, select My Customers.
      In Enterprise, from the Location menu, select a satellite server.
  6. To select the jobs that you want to use as template jobs:
    1. Select the check box next to Jobs to select all the jobs in the list.
      or
    2. Select the check box next to a specific job.
  7. Click Update.
