The Kodak Prinergy PDF Trap Editor software is a Kodak plug-in for the Adobe Acrobat software that is available to suit different trapping workflows for commercial and packaging printers. This document describes how to use the PDF Trap Viewer and PDF Trap Editor.
The Kodak Prinergy PDF Trap Editor software will work with Adobe Acrobat 8 or later. For information about client computer requirements for Acrobat, see the Adobe documentation.
Note: Throughout this document, the term PDF Trap Editor may be used to generically refer to either plug-in.
The Prinergy Trap JTP is a tool that traps automatically within the workflow software, and is part of the package workflow software. For more information, see the Kodak Prinergy Workshop User Guide.
