Prior to the coaching session, complete the following steps to prepare yourself and your students for training:
- Consult the activity outline. Identify which activities best meet the needs of your shop. You might use every activity in this guide, or only a few. Decide on the order in which the activities should be completed.
- Print copies of the entire activity guide or just the specific activities you've chosen to cover as part of your coaching session. The activity guide is located on the Prinergy Workflow Packaging Automation Expansion Pack Student DVD.
- Copy the practice files folder to your workstation desktops. This folder is located on the Prinergy Workflow Packaging Automation Expansion Pack Student DVD. At the completion of the coaching session, the folder can be deleted.
