  1. From the View menu, select Step and Repeats.
  2. From the File menu, select Create New Layout.
  3. In the New Layout dialog box, name the layout as Vitamin Sheetwise.
  4. Select the layout application Pandora and click OK. Pandora starts automatically.
    In the Select Job Template box, select None.
  5. Click the Layout tab and select Sheet Wise workstyle.
  6. In Pandora, from the File menu, select Import > Die.
  7. Open the following die file: Packaging Activity Source Files / Vitamin Backup / vitamin.cf2.
    If the Create Substrate (Press Sheet) dialog box shows up, select No.
  8. From the ShopMap Palette, drag the following elements into the pasteboard:
    • Substrate (Press Sheet): Foil 19x25
    • Plate: Gold 20x26
    • Press: Press 2
  9. From the Window menu, select the Show Geometry Palette. With the die selected, type 0.5" (12.7 mm) to adjust the Y coordinate of the die. This will position the die correctly on the substrate (press sheet).
  10. With the CAD file selected, drag the artwork Vitamins.p1.pdf to the layout. This will automatically "snap" the front artwork to the die.
  11. From the Object menu, select Flip Side.
  12. Select the CAD file and drag the artwork Vitamins2.p1.pdf to the layout. This will automatically "snap" the back side artwork to the die.
  13. Click the Layout tab, slide the transparency slider for the Current Side and notice the alignment of the front and back sides.
  14. From the Window menu, select Show Marks Palette. In the User folder, locate your personalized MarkSet. From your MarkSet, open each of the marks and adjust the Side Placement to Both Sides and then, add your personalized colorbar, side guides, and Plate ID to the layout.
  15. From the File menu, select Save. Quit Pandora to return to Prinergy Workflow Packaging Automation Expansion Pack.
