  1. From the Window menu of Acrobat, select the Creo_Revision.p1.pdf file.
  2. From the Tools menu, select Prinergy PDF Merge > Prinergy PDF Merge .
  3. In the Kodak Merge Documents dialog box, select Creo_Original.p1.pdf in the Merge Content From File drop-down list.
    Note that Creo_Revision.p1.pdf is in the Into File area.
  4. Click Merge.
  5. View the merged file using the available Layers tab (to the left of the comparison file).
  6. Once you have viewed the merged file and identified the merged items, from the File menu, select Save As.
  7. Type a file name Merged File and save it to your desktop (or another location of your choice). Close the Merged window.
  8. Open the Merged File.pdf on your desktop (or another location you have chosen) to view the newly revised and merged file with traps.
    View the merged output and the discarded objects. 
    Click the Info icon at the top-right corner for details.
  9. Close and file and quit Acrobat.
  10. Close Job Manager.
  11. The merged file must be added to the job as a new input file to be used by Prinergy.
