The content in the Learning Center is divided by product. It contains both documentation and training videos.
- To open the Learning Center, log on to Prepress Portal, and perform the following actions:
- For staff users: On the home page, click Administration. In the Administration area, click Learning Center.
In the Learning Center area, perform any of the following actions:

List the topics under a category
- Click any heading in the the Category column to see a list of topics specific to that category.
Open and read a description about a topic
- In the Topic column, click the name of a topic. A description of the topic and a link to documents or videos in this topic appears in the right pane.
- To open the document, or run the video, click the link.
The document or video opens in a separate window, which you close like any other window.
