Sets of customizations to the user interface are known as themes.

You can configure the look and feel of the user interface, including specific customizations for individual customers. For example, users for Customer A can log on and see the logo and contact information that is unique to their company. Users for Customer B might see the logo and contact information unique to your company. You can also change the terminology that is used throughout the Web site.

With themes you can:

  • Replace the graphics and text on the Login page
  • Create a welcome message across the user interface, or for specific customers
  • Replace the header, footer, and color scheme across the user interface with your own company logo
  • Replace the header, footer, and color scheme on specific screens for specific customers with each customer’s logo and information so that the customer’s users see their own company branding when they log on.
  • Replace the terminology in Prepress Portal, including secure links. For example, you could change Jobs to Titles .

You can modify existing themes or create new themes. Set up the themes that you need for your own company and for your customers, as appropriate.
