Symptom
A job is not progressing up the Processor queue or entering the processor display area to be processed.
Cause
For a job to move up the Processor queue to be imaged, it must not be held and the processor must not be paused.
Solution
- Make sure the job is not being held.
- Make sure the processor is not paused.
- If the job remains stationary in the queue, it may have been canceled while it was downloading to the proofer. Delete the job and resubmit it from the digital front-end (or hot folder if using the Open Connectivity Kit).
