You can associate as many job templates with a customer account as you need.
Requirements: You must have a customer role that includes the Modify Customer right.
- On the home page, click Administration.
- Right-click a customer name and select Edit Customer.
- In the left pane, select Job Templates.
- In the Available jobs for list, select the customer category:
- To view all jobs for all customers, select All Customers.
- To view all jobs for your customer only, select My Customers.
- To view all jobs for color customers, select Color Customers.
- In Jobs column, select a check box beside the jobs that you want to use as template jobs.
- Click Update.
