    Sheet menu options

    Front

    Displays the front sheet of a layout. For one-sided layouts, only the front sheet can be displayed.

    Back

    Displays the back sheet of a layout. Available only for double-sided layouts.

    Auto-arrange

    Arranges the proofs on the sheet according the layout assigned to that sheet.

    Layout

    Allows you to change the layout assigned to the sheet. Select a layout in the list.

    Edit menu options

    Move to Front

    Moves the proof in front of overlapping proofs. Available only when you've selected a proof.

    Move to Back

    Moves the proof behind overlapping proofs. Available only when you've selected a proof.

    Rotate

    Rotates proof 90 degrees clockwise. Available only when you've selected a proof. Proofers using asymmetric resolutions, such as 1440 x 720 dpi, can introduce artifacts on rotated proofs. If this is the case, use the rotation tools in the hot folder or virtual printer (open connectivity) or the workflow software (direct connectivity).

    Note: If any part of a proof moves outside of the imageable area of the sheet, the proofer crops that part of the sheet when it is imaged. If the proof was Certified, it will remove the certification.

    View menu options

    Proof Settings Palette

    Opens the Proof Settings Palette. Available only in editing mode.

    Sheet at High Resolution

    Displays the sheet in the High Resolution Sheet Viewer.

    Selected Proof at High Resolution

    Displays the selected proof in the High Resolution Sheet Viewer.
