Prinergy Workflow stores information about spot colors. The factory PANTONE libraries are a standard feature of Prinergy Workflow. Each factory library consists of color definitions for more than 15,000 PANTONE colors.
Each color library is associated with a color space, such as RGB, CMYK, or L*a*b, which is then associated with an ICC profile.
When you add a file to Prinergy Workflow and refine it, Prinergy Workflow recognizes the PANTONE color name, optionally matches it to the PANTONE color in the PANTONE library, and uses the color recipe from the PANTONE library.
You can override the definition of a PANTONE color in Prinergy Workflow, either globally or per job.
