What does binding a mark to artwork mean?
Instead of a mark being independent, binding a mark to artwork combines the mark and artwork into one.
How is a mark bound to a piece of artwork and then applied to all other pieces of artwork in a layout?
To bind a mark to one piece of artwork:
a. Select the artwork.
b. Select the mark.
c. From the Object menu, select Bind Mark to Artwork.
To apply a bound mark to multiple artwork:
a. Select the bound mark.
b. From the Object menu, select Apply to All.
What is a die station number mark?
A die station mark automatically reflects a die station number, once bound to a piece of artwork. The mark appears blank until it is bound to a piece of artwork.
