After upgrading or updating the Prinergy Workflow primary server, you will also need to update the ColorFlow client software on any workstations where you run the ColorFlow client.
For Windows, Microsoft .NET framework 3.5 is required for installing the ColorFlow client software. The user account must have administrator privileges.
- Locate the shared ColorFlowInstaller folder on the Prinergy system.
- Run the appropriate ColorFlow software installer for your computer's operating system. Perform one of the following actions:
- For macOS, open the
MacOSXfolder and runColorFlow.dmg. - For Windows, open the
PCfolder and runColorFlowSetup.exe.

- Follow the installation prompts.
ColorFlow provides device drivers for the supported measurement devices. If you connect a measurement device to a Windows-based workstation running the ColorFlow client software, the Windows New Hardware Wizard should appear. If the wizard cannot automatically find the drivers, they can be found at C:\Program Files\Kodak\colorflow\drivers. When you install a new version, ColorFlow automatically migrates your data from the previous version.
