Display Times
Times reported in Dashboards (such as in heat maps) are based on the time zone configured in Preferences,
Preferences are found in the PRINERGY Portal Services view, under the Administration tab.
Refresh frequency
Once data is uploaded from a PRINERGY system to the cloud, it can then be displayed in Analytics Dashboards.
Refresh times for Dashboard data depend on the process involved, see chart below.
Note that times given below indicate when the intervals at which data uploads are initiated, but don't indicate actual upload time, which are volume dependent.
A data upload may be initiated every hour, but may then take another hour to upload, so data wouldn't be available in dashboards for two hours.
