Color Confirmation Report by Proof ID
Lists the color measurement information for a proof or sheet based on the ID number. This report provides the same information generated by the Measurement wizard, plus measurements details for each color patch in the color bar. Use this report to view the performance of each patch in the color bar.
Color Confirmation Summary Report
Provides information on the selected color bar. You can view how often the color bar was used and a summary of the measurements for each patch in the color bar. Use this report to see how the color performed over time for a selected color bar.
Hot Folder Job History Report
Provides a list of all the proofs printed by the hot folder or virtual printer in the specified time frame. You can run the report for a selected hot folder or virtual printer or for all of the hot folders and virtual printers on the Proofer Controller for the proofer. The report only includes information about proofs that the hot folders or virtual printers successfully printed.
The report includes the proof name and proof ID, and the report identifies what time the hot folder or virtual printer started processing the proof and finished printing the proof. If a proof was reprinted from the Trash window, the proof appears in the report twice.
The report excludes information about proofs in Proofer Viewer when:
- The proof is paused in the Processor
- The proof is waiting in the Prooferqueue—that is, not yet printed on the proofer.
Precision Color Calibration Summary
Provides a summary of the Precision Color Calibration.
When you generate the report, you can choose whether to view color difference units in ΔE94 or ΔEab. When you select ΔE94, the report includes measurement results and tolerance information. When you select ΔEab, the report only includes measurement results information. No tolerance information is included.
The summary includes:
- Summary table of maximum and average measurement for each print
- Trend graph
- Graphs of the measured colors for the initial check and each subsequent optimization
- Spider plot of the last accepted calibration
Precision Color Calibration Details
Provides a detailed report of the Precision Color Calibration.
When you generate the report, you can choose whether to view color difference units in ΔE94 or ΔEab. When you select ΔE94, the report includes measurement results and tolerance information. When you select ΔEab, the report only includes measurement results information. No tolerance information is included.
The details include:
- Summary table of maximum and average measurement for each print
- Trend graph
- Graphs of the measured colors for the initial check and each subsequent optimization
- Spider plot of the last accepted calibration
- Lists of the target L*a*b* values and the measurement L*a*b* values for each color patch and optimizations
- Measured values for each color patch
Proof ID Color Confirmation Status Report
Shows color confirmation status (failed/passed/unconfirmed) for all proof IDs. Unconfirmed means the system printed the proof but the associated color bar was never measured. Use this report to view the status of all the proofs using the Certified Process for Color Confirmation.
System Summary Report
Provides a summary of system information, including average image processing time, number of prints, number of failed prints, and so on. Use this report to view statistics for the proofing system.
