PLA SubService is a Microsoft Windows service. Use this procedure to start the service following installation. After performing this procedure once, the service starts automatically when you restart the server.
These instructions apply to each installed instance of PLASubService. The maximum number of running services depends on how many Prinergy Workflow secondary servers are available for load balancing.
- Perform one of the following actions:
- Select Run and type
services.msc - Right-click My Computer, select Manage, and go to Configuration > Services.
- Select Run and type
- Find PLASubService and double-click it.
- In the PLASubService Properties dialog box, click the Log On tab.
- Select This account and enter the user name and password.
Important: Use the same administrator account that you use on the Prinergy Workflow primary server to run the PLA Server software. - Start PLASubService.
