Step and repeat the 1-up PDF file in the layout

Select the Step and Repeats view of Job Manager.
From the View menu, select as Thumbnails, if you are in the list mode.
Click the arrow head before Label_Layout, and then Step and Repeat 1, navigating downward until you see the A Front 1 layout.
In the 1-Up Artwork pane, right-click the Label_Grn.p1.pdf file and select Assign 1-Up Artwork to Position.
In the Assign 1-Up Artwork To Artwork Set Position dialog box, click OK.
The whole layout is then filled with the selected labels.
