Change the default copy path that appears in the Add Input Files dialog box. When a user drags and drops an input file that does not reside on the Prinergy volume, this path specifies where the file should be copied to.
Note: It is recommended to use a relative path—for example, %JOB%\UserDefinedFolders
. If a static path is entered, which points to a specific volume, and that volume is not mounted during the copy, the drag and drop process will fail. For that reason, there is a Restore Defaults button.
- From the Tools menu, select Configure System.
- Click the Job Creation Defaults tab.
- In the Copy Path for Added Files box, enter the path that will appear by default in the Copy Path box in the Add Input Files dialog box.
- Click OK.
