Navigate to this dashboard by clicking on the ORC Alert tab in the Press Tracking overview dashboard.
How to Use
Using the Filter options pane to the right to adjust the press(es) which you want to examine in the ORC life table.
The ORC life table indicates, for each ORC (Operator Replaceable Component) part for each individual press out of those selected, how much usage each part has received. This information can be used to determine when parts should or must be replaced as part of regular maintenance.
The color coding of the ORC life column indicates whether the part is well under the recommended lifetime (green), close to the threshold (yellow), or over the threshold (blue). While some parts should be replaced when they are indicated as yellow or blue, other parts may be used for longer. Consult with your KODAK NEXPRESS service provider for more guidance.
The ORC Alert button on the common overview button provides a color-code indicator. If all parts are “green” for the selected presses, then the ORC Alert button will also be green.
