Files or folders can be interrupted during the process of copying from your workstation or network to your printer's job server. When the upload fails, a red x appears under File Uploads in the details panel. To view a message about the failed upload, hover your cursor over the red x. You can delete failed file or folder uploads.
File or folder uploads can fail when:
- You close the Uploads dialog box.
- You log out of the system.
- Your Internet connection fails.
- Your browser stops responding.
- Your browser reuses the upload window when you click a link in another software application.
- There is a power failure.
