Testing the MIS XML file

Test an MIS XML file against the PLA schema to check that RBA can read the XML file.

1. Obtain an XML file that the MIS generates. Confirm that the files referenced by the XML file, such as the input files, marks files, and die files, are available at the paths indicated in the XML file.
2. In Rule Set Manager, select Tools > RBA XML Schema Manager.
3. In RBA XML Schema Manager, select the group that contains the PLA schema.
4. Click test.
5. Set the XML File to test with to an XML file from the MIS.
6. Click Test.

   layout.
