You can delete a media configuration when sheets no longer use it.
Requirements:
- Before deleting the media configuration, finish printing any sheets that use the media configuration, and delete the printed sheets from the trash.
After you delete the media configuration, any ICC profiles and color bars that reference the deleted media configuration are disabled. Any hot folders created with the Open Connectivity Kit that reference the deleted media configuration are placed in a state of error, and you cannot edit the hot folders (unless you import the deleted media configuration).
- In Proofer Viewer, from the Configure menu, select Media Configuration.
- Select the media configuration you want to delete.
- Click Disable.
- Click Delete.
