Performing correction iteration on the DVL to improve accuracy.
Note: There is no need to doing the Optimize DVL more than once, because the software brings the ∆E to the lowest value from the first iteration.
- Output a verification proof of the ColorFlow charts with the DVL that will be optimized
- Measure the verification proof in Kodak ColorFlow Software, and export out the measurement file
- Launch the Kodak Proofer Administrator
- Select the proofer and go to the ICC Profiles tab
- Select the DeviceLink Profile and click on Optimize DVL
- Browse to the exported measurement file exported from Kodak ColorFlow Software, click OK.
- M-condition for Optimize DVL must be the same as what was used to create the ICC Device profile that is used as Destination, which typically is your EPSON printer profile.
- The new optimized DVL will be saved and appear in the ICC Profiles list
