You can associate as many job templates with a customer account as you need.

Requirements: You must have a customer role that includes the Modify Customer right.

  1. On the home page, click Administration.
  2. Right-click a customer name and select Edit Customer.
  3. In the left pane, select Job Templates.
  4. In the Available jobs for list, select the customer category:  
    • To view all jobs for all customers, select All Customers
    • To view all jobs for your customer only, select My Customers
    • To view all jobs for color customers, select Color Customers.
  5. In Jobs column, select a check box beside the jobs that you want to use as template jobs.
  6. Click Update.
