- Select the refined PDF file you have archived, and then from the Process menu, select Storage > Purge > Purge > PurgeSelected.
Note: Purging will fail if the selected item is not archived. - In the Start Process dialog box, click OK.
- Select the Storage view and the storage tape icon. Check the archive status to make sure that all the items are archived and purged.
