Why you should complete this activity
With print runs and remakes dependent on market demands, archiving and data management are extremely important.
Once you have finished a job, you should archive the job files and purge them to save disk space. If you need the files later, you can retrieve them.
You can either achive jobs to tapes or to disk volumes on the network.

Note: You can archive, purge, and retrieve only if Archiver is licensed for your system and the system setup is completed.
