You can submit files to the proofer by dragging them onto a hot folder shortcut that has been exposed on your workstation desktop.
Requirements: Your workstation is on the same network as the proofer controller, the hot folder is enabled on the proofer controller, and a shortcut is exposed on your workstation.
Use your mouse to drag and drop the files directly onto the hot folder shortcut.
