There is an update to Double-take 8.4 or 8.5 (for Windows 2022) available for Prinergy 11.0. Please contact your regional support office and reference Knowledge Base Answer ID 75659 to have it installed.

Double-take 8.2 should continue to work with Prinergy 11.0 running on Windows 2019, but 8.4/8.5 is the officially qualified version. The DT 8.4 update fixes the issue described in Answer ID 75473, so its recommended to update ASAP.

Note that Double-Take 8.5 MUST be used for Windows 2022. Double-take 8.5 is also compatible with Windows 2019. The Double-take 8.5 installer is available on Answer ID 76339.

Before updating, you will need to ensure you are eligible for a new Double-Take 8.4 license. Please contact your regional support office with your Double-Take 8.2 and Prinergy serial number, and they will confirm your eligibility.
