Important: In order to upgrade your system to InSite Creative Workflow 9.2, your current system must be InSite Creative Workflow 9.1. Upgrading directly from InSite Creative Workflow 7.x to InSite Creative Workflow 9.2 is not supported.
Important: If your InSite Creative Workflow system is connected to Prinergy system for RBA purpose and the Prinergy version is 10.0, DO NOT proceed and contact your local Response Center representative for assistance.
Before upgrading your system, ensure that the following actions have been performed:
Your system is InSite Creative Workflow 9.1 on Windows 2012 R2.
Back up the system.
Apply all Microsoft Windows security updates on the InSite Creative Workflow server.
If your system is in a DMZ configuration, disable all non-standard network mount points:
- Open a command-prompt window, and type
net use /persistent:no, and press Enter. - Type
net use * /d, and press Enter. - Type
y, and press Enter.
- Open a command-prompt window, and type
Important: If you have a configuration of multiple InSite Creative Workflow web servers, perform the upgrade on your InSite Creative Workflow master web server first and then upgrade any InSite Creative Workflow slave web server.
