Obtaining a license key for a Prinergy upgrade

Use PLAS to obtain a permanent license key for a Prinergy upgrade.
The new license contains all of your Prinergy licensed options and replaces your existing license.
Note: If you have a support plan that entitles you to Prinergy upgrades at no additional cost, you can obtain a new license for a Prinergy upgrade using PLAS. If your support plan does not entitle you to Prinergy upgrades, contact your sales representative to purchase a Prinergy upgrade. Once you have purchased the upgrade, you can use PLAS to obtain the new permanent license key.

1. In PLAS, click View registered products.
2. Select your site, select the Prinergy product you want to upgrade, and click Continue.
3. Click Apply upgrade options.
   Your new Prinergy license key appears.
4. Click Download the license key to download the key in an .xml file.
5. Upgrade your Prinergy system and apply your new license key according to the steps in the Prinergy Upgrade Guide.
