When an object, a trap, or a border is selected, its icon appears in the Properties Editor/Viewer.
Object types and icons
The following object types are recognized by PDF Trap Editor/Viewer:
- Filled object
- Stroked object
- Text object
- Image
- Masked image
- Complex bitmap
- Gradient (and axial and radial blends)
Transparent objects and copydot images are recognized, but they cannot be selected or trapped.
The following object types can be selected, but not trapped:
- Technical object (object colored with a transparent ink)
- Copydot object
- Soft mask (gray-scale mask)
- CEPS object
- Bypass object
