Multiple windows are available for monitoring a job’s progress and checking related information.
- To view a summary of proofer queues, use Proofer Finder.
This window lists all the proofers in the network, and, for each proofer, displays the number of items being processed and items ready for the proofer.
2. To view recently submitted files that are being queued for processing, use Controller Viewer.
Note: The file or page may take up to five minutes to appear in the queue. When transferred appears in the State column for a page, you can go to the next step to monitor its processing.
3. To view active jobs, in Proofer Viewer, click the Queues
- A file that is currently being processed or is paused for manual editing appears in the Processor
- A file that has finished processing and is now queued at the proofer appears in the Proofer
4. To view history and errors, click the Events button in either Controller Viewer or Proofer Viewer.
