  1. What is the purpose of the layout view?

    The layout view is a pasteboard used to lay out all elements of a job. This includes substrates, artwork, dies, and any marks.

  2. What are the names of the four tabs in the Preferences dialog box?

    The General tab, Die Settings tab, the Substrate tab, and the Marks tab.

  3. What is the purpose of the job properties view?

    The job properties view lists all components of a job. This includes job information, materials and equipment, content, the output setup specifications, and layout.

  4. What is the purpose of the Geometry palette?

    The Geometry palette enables you to position dies, art, and marks precisely, as well as to size and scale single or multiple objects. The Geometry palette also enables you to adjust bleed margins and add crop marks.

  5. What is the purpose of the ShopMap palette?

    The ShopMap palette stores information about all of your shop's materials (substrates, plates, and presses) and equipment (output devices and film). Enter information about these resources into your ShopMap palette, and then access the resources easily for every job created in Pandora.

  6. What is the purpose of the Marks palette?

    The Marks palette stores all available marks shipped with Pandora, and also contains user-defined folders to store regularly used marks and/or customized marks.
