Changing the password of the Araxi service in a domain

If you are in a Windows domain and you want to change the password of the Araxi service account, make the change on the domain controller.

1. On a domain controller, log on as a domain administrator.
2. Change the password:
   1. From the Start menu, select Programs > Administrative Tools > Active Directory Users and Computers.
   2. On the Tree tab, click the domain node to expand the tree.
   3. Select the folder that contains the Araxi service account.
      The default account is called Araxi.
      If you are not using folders to organize your accounts, the Araxi service account is typically under Users.
   4. Right-click the Araxi service account, and select Reset Password.
   5. In the Password and Confirm Password boxes, type a password
   6. Clear the User must change password at next logon check box, and click OK.

Please note you need to perform this change on local ARAXI accounts or any other computer for any service using the Domain ARAXI account within your organization.
