Note: PLA requires artwork and die files that can be accessed from a valid UNC path. Make sure that the activity files referenced are on a network volume.

1. In Packaging Layout Automation Manager, on the Configuration tab, in the Layout Ticket list, select Demo_ASPS_SingleSR.
2. Select Duplicate, type the name XX_SRFlexo (where XX is your initials), and click Create.
3. In the Work Style list, select Single Sided.
4. Make sure that the ASPS Center Horizontally and ASPS Center Vertically options are selected.
5. Enter the following values:
   • ASPS Top Margin: 0.625"
   • ASPS Bottom Margin: 0.625"
   • ASPS Left Margin: 1.125"
   • ASPS Right Margin: 1.125"
6. Click Save.
7. On the Status tab, click New.
8. In the Select a Layout Ticket menu, select XX_SRFlexo (where XX is your initials). Click OK.
9. In the Job Name box, type XX_Flexo (where XX is your initials).
10. In the Layout Name box, type No Mess Layout.
11. In the Artwork area, add the file No Mess Label.pdf.
12. In the Smart Marks area, add your mark set XX_MarketSet2, which include the following SmartMarks:
    • XX_BearerBars.pdf
    • XX_Crosses.pdf
    • XX_DistortionRuler.pdf
13. Specify the following step-and-repeat parameters:
    • SR Rows: 9
    • SR Columns: 2
    • SR Gap X: 0 in
    • SR Gap Y: 0 in
14. Specify the following bleed parameters:
    1. Clear the checkbox Keep bleed paths from template
    2. Select the checkbox Auto Resolve Rectangular Bleeds
    • Left Bleed Margin: 0.125 in
    • Right Bleed Margin: 0.125 in
    • Top Bleed Margin: 0.25 in
    • Bottom Bleed Margin: 0.25 in
15. Click Validate.
16. Click Send to Prinergy, if your form passes the validation.
