1. In Workshop, from the Tools menu, select Process Template Editor.
2. Locate and select the workflow template group you created in the Create and use an automated workflow template activity, (XX_Workflow_Temp_Group).
3. From the File menu, select New Workflow Template.
4. In the Import, Refine and Loose 1-Up Artwork Output dialog box, select the following:
   Import: Clear the check box (Use Import only for previously created Prinergy jobs).
   Refine: Group = Refine
   Process Template = 1st Ref-Normz 
   Loose 1-Up Artwork Output: Group = Virtual Proof
   Process Template = Virtual Proof.LoosePage
5. Click Add to add the process template to the list.
6. From the File menu, select Save As.
7. In the Save Workflow Template dialog box, name the workflow template: XX_Workflow_SmartFolder (where XX represents your initials).
8. Click Create Workflow Template.
9. Close the windows and return to Job Finder.
