Why you should complete this activity

After refining your files, you can generate proofs of unassigned 1-up artwork. This activity demonstrates how to edit a process template for creating files to be viewed with Prinergy VPS.

Audience

This activity should be completed by experienced prepress operators or system administrators. Creating process templates is considered an administrative task, and should be handled by someone familiar with the detailed requirements of their workflow.
Note: The Create and use a refine process template preserving transparency activity should be completed prior to this activity.

• Job name: XX_1Up_Output_PT (where XX represents your initials)

Process template

• Refine: XXRefine (created in the Create and use a refine process template preserving transparency activity)
• Virtual proof: XXVPS1-Up (where XX represents your initials, to be created)
